The guests arriving from the direction of Szentendre, are greeted by the modern office building of the museum, housing the Skanzen Gallery. The Galery is the primarily place for fine art exhibitions. Besides that, the ethnographical Study Collection, being unique in the country, consisting of almost 3000 objects can be also found here. These establishments can be visited independent from the open air exhibitions and in winter too.
In the spacious barn from Sonkád, (Upper-Tisza regional unit) we organise temporary exhibitions 2-3 times a year. The stable of the dwelling from Süttör (Kisalföld regional unit) houses small exhibitions. These places can be visited in the opening time of the museum with the valid admission ticket.
